Feb 1st Cards - Jenn
This is my tri-fold card. I just used DCWV paper and random ribbon from Michaels. I sewed around the edges of the card and the middle circle, glued everything down and voila.

This is my turquise and brown card - I did it vintage style...same as the last card i sent, I think. But I wasn't feeling very creative. Sorry. But I do think that it's super cute! Either color (the pink or the blue).

February 15th Theme - St. Patricks Day! Anything Green or Clovery or Rainbow-ish. Whatever you want!

Feb Theme * Tri-Fold
I think it would be fun to do a card the is tri-fold. You know, two flaps that open up, one on each side...
Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the cards I mailed for the 15th. My brain is gone.

February 1st Theme
I think it would be cool to do the color combination of teal and brown. I changed the background on my blog and that is the color scheme. I think it is fun. Good luck!

Jan. 15th Theme
I've been watching it snow all day wishing that I could be somewhere else, someplace very warm! So let's make some cards with bright, springy colors. Also include at least one flower. Just try to have all 4 cards mailed by the 15th.

Dec. 1 Theme
Last Saturday we were at Doug's aunt's house and she brought out this large bag of stuff "from a long time ago." All kinds of ribbon and trims and lots of vintage things. So I was thinking I need to use them. The card itself doesn't have to look vintage, but use something vintage on it. She had lots of teeny rick rack in a pack that said 10 cents. It was unopened! I'm excited to use it. Hopefully you have something cool you could use.
December 1st Idea
Background stamps. I just bought three new ones and haven't used them yet. I think it would be fun to do something with the background stamped and then whatever you want in the foreground.

Nov 15
I know I'm super late posting this. I've been really busy trying to get my classes together I'm going to teach. For this weekend to send I think we should do a monochromatic card. The only color you can use on the card is yellow. You can use as many shades of yellow, but only yellow. Have fun!

Nov 1 cards
Here are my cards. I know we said a variety, but I didn't get a variety made. But I did make 9 on one sheet so I mailed all nine. I like the red with the snowflakes. I think that my Christmas cards this year with be red and green snowflakes. I'm getting the ideas flowing. The stamps are all studio g. They aren't as cute as yours, but I hope they work for you.

Oct 15th and Nov 1st Cards...
This first picture is of the Oct 15th ones... the top one is the punches only one, and the second is of snowflakes....they both ended up being snowflakes... as I'm in Christmas mode right now and that's all my brain can comprehend!

These are my cards for Nov 1st (done early - as the aOct 15th ones are late!!!) The card is stamped with Stampin' Up stamps... and the tags are too. I chalked the edges of the tags, then used colored pencil to color in the pictures... FUN STUFF. I'm falling in love with rubber stamping!

Nov 1st Theme - Jenn
Christmas Stamping. Use any Christmas stamps that you would like to. You can do more than just stamps, but I think that the background, or main focus should be the stamp.

Nov. 1 theme
I think that we should create Christmas tags to put on Christmas presents. They don't need to be very big, and they don't have to even fold like a card, but something that says to and from with room to write. I think that these could be mini masterpieces. Just something cute to give your gift a little extra. You can make only two if you want, or more. I know that I will be making lots. I did this as a swap online last year and I ended up with lots of cute ideas. They don't have to be the same either. Lets just send each other a variety of say 6 tags. Is that too many? Let me know what you think.

Fun cards
Last night I had a few friends over just to make cards. We had a blast and I already got my cards done. I'm pretty excited about it because it seems like I'm always doing them at the last minute. The first is a die cut snowflake that is also embossed. You can't really tell. And I stamped the snowflake border. The second is punched flowers that I inked the edges and stamped thank you. These were fun and the other girls loved them and had to make their own copies of them. I wish that you could come over and make cards. That would be so fun!

Oct. 15 Theme
Since I'm sitting here in my living room freezing, lets do something snow. I love snowflakes. But I'm sooooo not ready for winter to come yet. Whatever you can think of that has snowflakes on it. I even have a punch of a snowflake!

October 15th Theme - Jenn
PUNCHES. I think that the only thing we should use this time is punches. One or more, just use the die-cut(s) from a punch(es). Good luck!
